I'm so sorry...

Missing something

yes, I'm missing something in my life and I know what it is...well it's actually more then one thing really, but how do I get back to the thing that I need most and convince my husband to do that same?  Not saying I want to spend every Sunday morning in a church, not the early type of gal, but I'm wondering if there is a church out there that does the same service either on Saturday night or Sunday afternoon.  I guess I'll have to look, but I need connections, people to share my life with.

Don't get me wrong, I love Omar and I love Elizabeth, but there are many many times I'm really lonely here.  I can't stand it and everyone just seems so much busier then I and then my life is passing me by and I'm wasting so much of it on nothing.  That's how I have felt lately that I don't feel like this is where I'm suppose to be in life, that I am suppose to be happier, better off and definitely with friends that I can spend time with.  Everyone just seems so busy and me, it's like I live for someone to email me, Im me or something...but generally speaking, that never happens and I get left out in a way.  Maybe I just spend way too much time on the internet and should only get on the internet for work and blogging...and Im's should go to the wayside...might do me some real good though, I might try that because not like I'm getting much done here staying online...and then I'm also going to look into that church...I need too and it's been pressing on me for months now, so it's time to listen to that little inner voice telling me to go.

Autumn is rearing it's ugly head

August...oh boy where did it go...that is for sure!!  It's been a year since Elizabeth was born, six months since we have been up here...and now summer...summer is leaving us.  It's only going to be in the 70's and 80's the next week or so....great for the Electricity bill!!!  But sad at the same time.  It sure was a hot one and I'm going to miss it.  Labor day is Monday and that is when all the pools close around here, though you can still go to RiverChase or the other ones for the indoor pools.  But I feel alone here, seriously, now that things are looking up for us I'm worried about being lonely.  We are so busy anyway, but the people that I used to talk to we don't talk as much anymore.  I'm hoping to start not working many hours on the weekend so we can all enjoy them, it sure would be nice!!  Not sure when Omar will get all his paperwork for his new job...

Oh and we did get things figured out with the bank and our rent check is fine and cleared.  :)  Anyway, I'm going to go rest because everyone else is sleeping and I don't work again until 1-2, but after the 5th of September, My adherence and everything will be at about 90 percent!!  WOW WOW!! lol

Well, I guess he didn't realize we were there, and we are still crawling our way out, but it's almost up that hill to where he can't see us anymore.    Omar told them that he accepted the job, I finally got my invite to Cricket and I'm triple certified on ARC, DR and Cricket (as long as I pass my 1x1 on Thursday), but I'm going to drop DR once I get certified because I can't stand that line anymore because of all the upsells.  Cricket is customer service based and that's what I am...a customer stervice agent!!! 

When I told the guy when I called for my 1x1 that I used to work for cricket and told him Customer Relations, he was like....WOW!!  He was asking all questions, but I am so happy to be back in HO...and to be apart of Cricket.  That was my favorite job of all time and I miss it time and time again.  I tell it to Omar all the time.  I wish I could go back, I really do. 

So for right now, that's all I have to update...except that our landlord is seeing if we can get transfered to a 2 bedroom and if so, we still get to stay here, but we will be on a month to month lease with them, so not bad!!  As long as we pay on time and all is well.

Only bad thing...we paid the rent for September already and we deposited money in our account on Saturday.  Well, I checked today and it's not posting so tomorrow I have to call before 10...but I'm afraid our check is going to bounce for the rent...so I'm hoping that maybe just maybe they held onto it a little longer, but I'm afraid that they may not...but I can hope.  If not, this is going to be a HUGE mess.

he got hired for Koler Craft!

Well, I don't know if I have posted on here all about how Omar has been working for Labor Finders for two weeks now...only getting 7 dollars an hour.  The one great thing I love...he gets paid EVERY day..oh that has been a blessing!!  Well, Friday night when Omar got to work, the boss at Koler Craft pulled him aside and asked him if he would become a perminant employee with them!!  Oh yes!!  He was so excited..they said it would be after three weeks that they would consider thinking of him, but I guess they really loved him.  I know it's not the job he wanted at the DAL Tile, but they never called him back, plus this place is really close to home (well in a month we have no idea where we will be...we will have to see) and from what someone told him, he will be making 10.50 an hour...and then with the money that I make...I'm so excited...we will finally be able to get caught up on things and start saving for the house that we would love to have in a year!!  By then, hopefully the market will also be better and both of our credits will be fixed. 

I found on freecycle this lady was offering a stereo receiver, thinking it was just a regular boom box, I said I would take it and have Omar fix it up if it didn't work.  So, Friday night before Omar went to work, I went and go it...it wasn't a stereo, it was a surround sound system!!  Well, we went today to get the speaker cable so Omar could hook it up here...he says the subwoofer may need to be fixed so right now he is trying to fix that.  The only two speakers left to hook up are the surround sound speakers.

We did finally move the bed back into the bedroom and split the room up for Elizabeth and Us.  We put a huge blanket up and thumb tacked it to the wall to make her own little seperation so she could not see us sleeping in there and then the bed is now out of the living room.  We both like it so much better and since doing this...we have thought that we could do another year in here if they will allow us.  Omar is going to go talk to them on Monday about it and see what we can do. We hope we can stay here for another year and not have to worry about moving, but Omar says he wants a bottom floor apartment.  Hopefully they can accomodate us. 

Anyway, I have to work here in about 40 minutes, calls were a little slow this weekend, but it's some extra money right now...so let's hope all goes well with his new job!!
